Apostle Dr. Fletcher is the founder and president of Prayer Harvest Ministries. She is a prophet and has a mandate from God to "Take prayer and the Word around the world, teaching people to call on the name of the Lord."

She goes throughout the nation and Africa teaching and preaching as she labors with pastors and ministers to lay foundations for churches and para-church ministries. She is dedicated to impacting the lives of God’s people helping them fulfill their prophetic destinies by the grace of God.

Apostle Dr. Wanda has advanced the Kingdom of God by establishing online training for leaders-- including:

• Equipping the Saints (leadership development)
• Intercessory Prayer School
• A School of Prophets (ACOP)
• A Call to Arms Spiritual Warfare Training for Word Warriors.

Through Wanda Fletcher Ministries, she ministers inner healing to the body of Christ through “The Divine Exchange, a conference that promotes wholeness. Her Beauty for Ashes opportunities to "Begin Again" is a six-week intimate coaching program that she gives with her teams at Lovelady Center.

Dr. Wanda Fletcher is a veteran of US Air Force, a published author, and poet. She has written several training manuals.

She received the “Lifetime Achievement Award” for Outstanding Leadership and Community Service in 2022 from the Office of the President of the USA, Joseph R. Biden, Jr.

She received her ministry training at the Leadership Development Institute at Faith Chapel Christian Center in Birmingham, Alabama, as well as her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Christian Theology at the International Miracle Institute in Pensacola, Florida.

She is recognized as an Apostolic lead here in the State of Alabama.

Apostle Dr. Fletcher loves God's people and uses His love and compassion received from Him to minister as His servant. She is the mother of three children: Ezekiel, Matthew, Joi, and daughter-in-law Dr. Billie Jo Fletcher. She also has one granddaughter, Emari Jenae and three step-grandchildren, Ryan, Caleb, and Sarah.

Apostle Dr. Fletcher resides in Trussville, Alabama, the home-base of her ministry.
